Dip treatment lines

Depending on the different bath chemicals, the treatment tanks are manufactured from prolypropylene
or stainless steel.

To complete the field of delivery, STAKU manufactures also the required devices for the environmental
protection. These are neutralization plants for waste water suction- and absorption systems
for exhausted air.

Full automatic controlled dip treatment lines consists of a crane with gantry. So the coils can be
positioned without swinging.

• Dip pickling and coating plant with fully automatic crane control system.
• Heated coating processing tanks made of stainless steel or polypropylene
• Treatment basin for single and double hook with stirrer, stainless steel heat exchanger and hinged bath cover.
