Mechanical strip cleaning with brushes
Strip cleaning with brushes - abrasive or washing brushes - is primarily intended as a
pre-degreasing process where a large amount of the dirt par cles are removed from the surface area.
Strip brushing devices – abrasive or with washing brushes for copper, nickel and aluminium strip, width 130-250 mm and thickness 0,1-0,5 mm.
Hot dipping refinement
Electrolytic strip degreasing withe-clean
For hot dipping refinement we build strip galvanizing and strip tinning devices with an electrolytic strip degreasing with 2- or 3-fold cascade rinsing.
The strip galvanizing devices work with HCl spray pickling at the flux bath. The strip tinning devices also have a brush degreasing including flux bath and filtration.
