Complete inline devices

Based on the patented e-phos processt e-
molyphos was developed by adding a solid
lubricant.

Besides the already known benefits of our e-phos
process the e-molyphos inline devices have the
additional advantage that the metal surface
receives a self-lubricating phosphate layer by
deposition of a lubricant carrier and a lubricant in
one step.

• very uniform and fine crystalline phosphate
  layer with best sliding property and
  compression strength
• very short treatment periods
